As a parent, teacher and a teacher trainer, I have had the opportunity to understand the changing dynamics of our learning environment. With my  experience at some of the leading schools, I have developed the Educonclave Learning Ladder, which recognises and reinforces the need for practice, evaluation and feedback. In absence of feedback, mistakes are not corrected and learning is misdirected.
